James Carroll (Electronic Engineer, founder and CEO of THOR Photomedicine Ltd.) is a recognized authority on PBM dosage, dose rate effect and the measurement and presentation of treatment parameters in PBM therapy. He is the author and co-author of 18 academic publications and three books on laser photobiomodulation. James recently presented photobiomodulation to the United Nations Global Health Impact Forum.
